Imagine Mary Poppins and Marie Kondo just showed up at your door with a magic umbrella and a garbage bag.

That sigh

That sigh of relief? That's what you'll feel inside Present Play.

Has Netflix become your trusty co-parent? If so, I get it. Life is no walk in the park right now. Literally.
Times are really challenging right now and we are all at the end of our ropes.

If you're a normal human being, quarantine with little kids probably has you...

Anxious.
Depleted.
Fed Up.

Wondering when this will all end?

Maybe you feel like you're clinging to the side of a mountain right now, clinging on for dear life and wondering how long you can hold on for.

Are you feeling any of the following... ?

GUILT
Feeling like you're not doing enough for your kids, for your house, partner or job?

EXHAUSTION
Even if you haven't physically moved your body much, you feel so drained.

OVERWHELM
You are literally doing the work of at least 5 people right now, of course you're overstretched!

TOUCHED OUT
Where's that village it takes?! Natural to feel this -  we're our kids only person for months on end...

HELPLESS
It's so hard to feel like we don't have agency, freedom and resources to make the changes that need to be made.

ANGER
If you've found yourself yelling way more... you're not alone. Anxiety is through the roof for everyone and it puts us on edge.

RESENTMENT
Are you feeling like some things are not fair? Like others don't pull their weight? Like you shouldn't have to deal with all this?

SELF PITY
If it all just feels like too much... you are not alone...

I totally get it. It's so normal to feel any of these feelings about 72,035 times a day right about now.
I know so much is out of our control.
And I want to remind you there are some things we do control.

We do control:

How we show up to parenting.
How we use our words.
How we organize our home.
How we treat ourselves.
How we use our time.

If parenting feels completely overwhelming right now,
Present Play will solve that problem.

If lockdown is the question, Present Play is the answer.

Hey, I'm Avital, a homeschool mom of four and a Performance Coach for Visionary Parents
I am a fellow parent (read: multitasking, yoga-pant-wearing, messy-hair-don't-care, pasta for dinner every night. Can I get an amen, sister?)

Just yesterday I had the panicked moment when I discovered that my toddler clogged our toilet with paper (which is bad enough at the best of times, but, doesn't he get that toilet paper is worth it's weight in gold these days?!?!)

Do me a solid - tell me your toddler does the same?

I'm very much in the trenches of real-life parenting and I know how challenging it is to find half a banana in your bed, to step on a lego piece in the middle of the night or to endure a 49 minute tantrum while you burn dinner.
But with all the chaos... I am still unreasonably passionate about parenting and about showing up to our family life with all the gusto and creativity of the most profound project we will ever embark on.

Because it is.

I see you, my fellow parent, as the most profound type of leader there is in the world.

You're the founder and CEO of your family, and being a great leader is what we're being called to do, especailly now. Raising the next generation - even through crises - is not for the faint of heart.

No one ever said it would be easy.
But they also didn't say it would be quite this hard.

The good news is: You can do hard things.

But just like any founder and CEO - you too need an actionable gameplan, a vision and support on your mission of Creating Family Bliss.

When life hands you lemons,
make lemon meringue puff pastries.
Or a lemonade stand.

Or lululemon yoga pants and pretzel yourself into lotus pose.

Or lululemon yoga pants and pretzel yourself into lotus pose.

I know first hand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck in a bunch of ruts with clingy kids, a cluttered home, little-to-no support and a sense that I'm "messing it up".

I know how tiring it can be to be up with the baby all night, to deal with sibling rivalry all day and to wait endlessly for bedtime so that you can collapse in front of Netflix.

Only to start it all over again tomorrow.
It's like ground hogs day on steroids.

I want you to know: It can get better. Even with all the challenges and restrictions - finding Presence, Peace and Play is possible for you.

You are at the precipice of an incredible journey.
I've been on it myself, personally, and guided others as they navigate the path to finding harmony at home, in any reality.

I've seen this with thousands of Present Play Members.
I'm here to tell you...
You are not alone.
There is a solution.
Not to brag, but my children play while I do conference calls.
Do yours?
OK, that was totally a brag. And now I'm trying to sound humble by owning my brag.

But I share this to show you that it's possible.

My four (very different, and some spirited) children are not unique or special (although they are to me!). I've just set up my home, our schedule and my parenting to deeply support play.

If your children aren't playing deeply, you might be thinking they "just don't" but the truth is that kids can learn to play, just like kids can learn to read.

It's just sadly not taught in our culture.

I know you have a million things to do right now, which is why now is the perfect time to remedy this lost art and science and give your kids (and you!) the gifts of independent play.

Phew. That sound was you finally exhaling.
Imagine your kids playing so deeply
YOU have to beg THEM for some attention.

As a Present Player you will transform your home
into a play-inducing haven.

I am not here to inspire you.
That is what Pinterest is for.
As a Present Player you will create results, (not consume content).

My guess is you've read a whole bunch of articles, followed a whole slew of instagram accounts, even taken a parenting course or two... and yet... you may not have created the type of family experience you're hoping for.

Present Play is not just a library of videos for you to consume (although we have hundreds of those too).

It's a step-by-step, hold-my-hand and tell-me-what-to-do-next, get real life results in your home, your time and your relationships kinda thing.

It's a vetted, tested and proven program. On thousands of members from every possible type of family, in over 50 countries.

Every single month you will be guided on what to focus on next so that you can actually put those grand ideas into action and create lifelong habits and habitats that serve your family's highest potential.

As a performance coach, I measure the success of my work by the results of my clients.

If by the end of each month as a Present Player - you haven't created real changes in your home that feel blissful to you - then I will consider that my failure, not yours.

What if your home became so irrisistable that you could barely stop your kids from playing for hours on end?

As a Present Player you will learn how to Create Play
Kids can learn to play, just like kids can learn to read.

Present Play is a
How Not To...

How not to bang your head against the wall.

How not to spend the day waiting for bedtime.

How not to hate parenting (even though we know you love your kids).

How not to let Toys R' Us throw up in your living room.

How not to fantasize about escaping life with kids.

How not to repeat intergenerational toxicity.

How not to overload your kids with unnecessary expectations or endless hours of screen time.

How not to give into mainstream parenting judgy-ness.

How not to break out the wine before 10am.
Quit fantasizing about a knight on a white horse to save you. And instead save yourself by betting on a winning horse: YOU.

Present Play may be the guide but YOU are the hero of this journey.

Here's what you can expect, when you join Present Play:
First, you'll get a virtual hug from me (warning: when I'm not social distancing, I'm an inappropriately tight hugger!) and big high fives (with latex gloves) from our entire community of imperfect rockstars.

Then, you can expect to get a clear, actionable Guide every month so that you can stay on track and create meaningful results in your home.

Some are about designing your home, others about crafting your time and yet others are about your mindset and relationship skills

All will help you to create family bliss.

So where do we begin our Present Play year? So glad you asked.

Create Haven
The month of May will be kicking off with turning your home into a play-inducing haven.

  • Budget Friendly: I will never expect you to spend big $$ on fancy toys or furniture. In fact, many Present Players have made money selling their unwanted toys because we encourage a less-is-more philosophy.
  • Simple & Easy: You don't have to have a designer's eye, or a pinterest board. We're looking to set up functional zones for your children, not a House & Garden photo shoot.
  • Fits In Any Space: From one bedroom studios to sprawling mansions - we've seen it all in Present Play. No space is too big or too small for the Create Haven process!
In May we will focus on setting up your five design zones
so that you can breathe a sigh of satisfaction and your children can play independently!

So, what are the five zones you will create?... (remember, you can create these in any size home and with a $0 budget)
Your Play Zone
Your Messy Zone
Your Quiet Zone
Your Movement Zone
Your Focus Zone

In the guide you'll find all your favorite ways to learn.

We celebrate diversity, in Present Play, including diverse ways of learning from our guides and putting them into action!

Your monthly PDF guide will be delivered to your email inbox.

In it you'll find all of your favorite formats: Videos, Mp3s, Articles, Journal prompts, Live sessions and opportunities to connect with other Present Players.

You learn in your way, at your pace and put into action what serves YOU.

You and your family are the stars of this show.
Imagine yourself twenty years from now, in your flying car, looking back with pride at the childhood you gave your kids.

Meanwhile they'll be off, saving the world in their hologram space station.

As a Present Player you'll design a childhood you all can enjoy. Even during tough times...

Some super kind words from your favorite Parenting Gurus...
my friends and mentors.

"Avital offers sound, smart advice that will shift the parenting paradigm to a deeper, more mindful approach.”

Dr. Laura Markham, Author of Peaceful Parent, Happy Kids

“A WONDERFUL concept. So many parents need this kind of instruction! Avital’s work opens up an emotionally intelligent dialogue for parents to focus on approaching parenting consciously.”

Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Author of The Awakened Family

So how do you create a childhood you all can enjoy?

You just open the emails and follow along with the guides.

Every month we'll focus on a powerful theme to get you big results in your home.

We'll start (in May!) with Haven, and then cycle through our next deeply transformative theme...

No more multitasking, distractions, working on everything at once.

Like a Yoda to your Luke Skywalker, it's time for you to be guided by the Present Play guides...

Present Play Themes are designed to be cyclical.

We intend to raise our children together.

The monthly themes are revisited, year over year, to deepen our insights and get back into good habits.

That's why after 5 consecutive years as a Present Player, you'll be able to earn lifetime membership and never pay again.

Allow us to flip guilt on it's head.
What if parenting became your source of greatest pride?

Because that's how we roll. Warts and all.

Present Play is strictly a #guiltfree and #judgementfree zone.

We are here to uplift you (trapeze hold, anyone?)

We see you. We get you. We ARE you.

My eight year old would call these
comments* screen shots "GROSS!"

But this is the type of raving,
mushy love notes you'll get used to in Present Play.

* Shared with enthusiastic permission
What if you had more time to read books with your kids and less need to read books about your kids.

I'm a huge fan of parenting books, but dude, let's be honest: I know how busy you are and you do not have time for that *ish*!

Present Play will summarize and distill the key information for you in easy, digestible and quick bites.

Let us do the heavy lifting while you get a cup of tea.

As soon as you join Present Play you will be part
of the warmest, coziest, Global Village of badass parents.

A whole world awaits you once you enroll...
just like a gym membership, you pick and choose the formats that work best for your style.

Our Shiny, Glitzy, Fabulous Guest Experts (who we fangirl hard on)
You'll be introduced to la crème de la crème of authors, coaches, psychologists and creators in the Peaceful Parenting space. Through our virtual platform, you'll meet our fabulous Guest Experts on a regular basis in jammed-packed interviews, personal live sessions, practical group coaching sessions and good ol' fashioned Q&A's.
Our Shoulder To Cry On, Someone To Laugh with - Listening Pods
Present Players can meet up weekly face-to-face via Zoom Meeting Rooms online - no longer does geographical distance or social distancing stand in the way of connection and community.
Our Ridiculously Supportive Community (seriously guys, get a room)
Our community is unlike anything else in the world. It’s a place where global and like-minded members give each other the benefit of the doubt by remaining open-minded. We take care of our own by offering a non-judgmental ear when times are challenging and by giving our biggest cheers for wins, big and small.
Only the juiciest, most extensive Video Library of intentional parenting on the planet. Honestly, there's no way you'll watch all of these gems, but you could die trying.
With over 200 videos, our growing library of video content is a like having a tool belt with what you need when you need it. It's the Netflix for intentional, mindful, peaceful parents.
Live sessions with Avital - Our apologies, you may have to wipe bits of your blown mind off your pretty journal by the end of these.
When Avital holds live sessions in our Facebook Group, it feels as if we are in the same room. This is where the mindset-shifting transformations happen and it's always a good time.
Delightful TPJ Support (We know you invent billing issues just to get to speak to Claire)
As a member of Present Play, the TPJ team has the privilege to know you personally. We cherish our members and will treat you as such.
If Mr. Rogers and Johanna Gaines went to a yoga retreat and had a baby.

The baby's name would be Present Plaaaaay!

Present Play will work for you even if...

I know that you're special (truly you are!) and so are your kids and your circumstance.

But with thousands of members already in Present Play, we've kind of seen it all and we know it works even if...

You have a little baby
Now is the best time to start! I can't stress this enough, it is so much easier to establish good flow, communication skills and play habits from the get go than it is to fix our mistakes later on.

You have a tiny house
Beautiful! We have members who have created all five zones in a one bedroom loft. You'll enjoy our "design tips for small spaces" and we will find solutions to double up zones in one area.

You work full time
So do many of our members. Present Play will not add to your to-do list. It will make more time for you to get your work done and help make that possible for you by establishing play for your kids.

You're broke
With a worldwide pandemic, a deep and sudden recession... who isn't? Present Play can help you save money - you'll be buying less toys and could even sell some that you currently own. Like Christi, one Present Player who made a whopping $3,000 in her first week at Present Play. Or like Nicole, who says Present Play added an income of $6,000 per year as it allowed her to work while her son played.

You're a course junkie
Have you got course guilt? Like you've bought a bunch of digital products and never really finished them? Me too. It's time to forgive yourself for past purchases and not allow them to sabotage your future success.
Present Play is not a course you need to "get through". It's much more like a gym membership (for your soul!) - you pick and choose the bits that work for you. And it's designed, just like childhood itself, to take time.

There is never such a thing as "behind" in Present Play. The materials are available to you for the entire time you're a member. All you need to do is open your once-a-week emails and you'll be in the loop. You can do that, right?

You're woo woo or strictly scientific
Present Play has a magical blend of being rooted in scientific research, but not bound by it. We talk psychology, we talk spirituality, we talk practical, technical detail. We're just real, complex, multi faceted people who need to make the concepts of Peace, Presence and Play work in our real, unique, human and flawed lives.

We pull inspiration from anywhere that serves us - business practices, design thinking, habit psychology... and apply what works in our unique situations.

You're an introvert
If you're not into the idea of connecting with a bunch of strangers (as of yet) on a facebook group or a zoom call - don't fret, my pet. I totally get it. In all honesty, I'm pretty introverted myself. You can connect with others as much or as little as you like and you will achieve all of the results simply by following the monthly themes, whether you seek support from the group or not.

You don't like videos
... or articles... or audios... or journal prompts... or printables... I get it. We each have a different learning style. Some prefer to watch, others to listen, others to read and yet others to write. And some need to be in conversation or to have visual reminders in order to take action and be held accountable. That's why inside of Present Play you'll find all your favorite mediums, not just videos.

You hate Facebook
Present Play will provide immense value to you even if you choose not to engage in the community aspects - or to engage in them minimally. My sneaky prediction, though, is that you might surprise yourself. One of the most common comments we get in the group is: "I don't usually post on social media, but this group is so incredible that I just had to share this..."

Ask yourself if you want to spend your energy making excuses for why it won't work for me or if you want to spend your energy creating the results you want to see in your home.

Don't let another day, month, year... or even decade... go by without stepping into your creative, CEO role and leading your family in the way you were meant to. Life doesn't give us spare days.
Unlike your coffee refill, childhood only happens once.

Kids can learn to play just like kids can learn to read.

If you're thinking your kid can't, it's only because their play muscles have not been stretched in a while. Present Play is like yoga to their play muscles - you will awaken them.

There are so many Parenting Courses out there...
why should I pick Present Play?

Yes, there are lots of wonderful parenting courses and I have taken many of them!

The difference is that we're not a course that is only here help you trouble shoot difficulties (get your child potty trained! Teach your kid to read! Feed your kid organic!)... honestly, there's Google and YouTube for that.

In fact, Present Play is not a course. It's a movement, a lifestyle and an identity.

Present Play treats you like the CEO that you are,
empowers you to step into your visionary role,
design a childhood you all enjoy,
and Create Family Bliss.

There are three core components that you won't find anywhere else:

Design
Present Play is the only membership we know of that gives you the practical tools of childhood design and our Play Zones method. We're not just giving you fluff and ideas - we're helping you make physical changes in your home that will spark creative flow and happy days.
Mindset
We see you as a CEO and we will help you to step into your role as a leader. We do not see your family as a problem to be fixed - but as the most exciting opportunity on planet earth to create a legacy, meaning and fulfillment. We'll help you with the leadership mindset so that you can bring that mission to fruition.
Actionability
We're not into theory. Unless there's action attached to it. We don't want you to consume more and more parenting ideas only to fall back on old habits that die hard. Our goal is to get you real results in your real life.
Move over Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. Parenting is the new entreupreneurship.

And you, my friend, are the CEO.

Whoah, I feel like I just drunk out of a fire hose. Sum up for me will ya?
Don't fret my pet, here's (almost*) everything you get when you become a Present Player.
It’s important that you know the enormous value you’ll get in this membership. These numbers are not inflated — they’re an honest, good faith estimate since you cannot purchase components of Present Play separately.
*Of course there are a few surprises inside, no, I can't tell you now. That's why they're called surprises...
Present Play Video Library
As a member, you'll have access to the infamous vault, the Present Play Video Library, which consists of hundred's of  pure actionable, mindset-blowing, aha!moment-driven content that will be transforming the consumer in you into a creator with mad skills in no time. You can follow along with the themes, or pick and choose what you'd like when you need it. It's the Netflix for intentional, mindful parents.

"I work from home and my son went from playing independently for about 45 min/day to 2 hours/day and some days almost 3 hours. That's an extra $6000 over the past year from working those extra hours at home.

For a family that was struggling to pay for rent and groceries, this was a HUGE win....So thanks Present Play! Totally paid for itself in our case.

The Apple Genius Bar of parenting

As a Present Player you'll have answers to your burning questions. We'll hold your hand through all your troubleshooting so that your operating systems stay updated and run smoothly.

“People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.”
—Winnie the Pooh
Let's just face it.

The next few weeks of quarantine are going to happen one way or another.

You can make like Elsa and LET IT GOOOOO... to the dogs.

Or you can make like Winnie the Pooh and do the impossible.

So how do you want to spend the next few weeks, months and years (even beyond the Coronavirus)?

Will you spend them wishing them to end or savoring every minute?

Will you spend them tearing your hair out, or getting your creative hat on?

Will you spend them yelling at your kids to stop climbing the walls or will you give them something to climb?

Are you going to put your big girl/boy pants on and show up for this parenting gig, grow through it, get creative, resourceful and powered up? Or are you going to give into the evil trio: Mr. Procrastination, Mrs. Passivity or Dr. Pessimism.

Remember, even just signing up and opening the emails (that's it! You can do that!) will already give you value for your investment and help you and your children.

And, as Mr. Rogers says: "Anyone who does anything to help a child in his life is a hero." - Mr. Rogers
Present Play opens briefly only once a year.
Once the doors close, they're closed for a whole year.
We do this so that we can shift all of our focus on serving Present Players. We want everyone to go through the program together and we don't make exceptions to this rule. If you don't join in time, you'll have to wait an entire year of your kids childhood. Think about what can happen in an entire year!

Once May 1st roles around - will you be and insider or will you be left out?

Ask yourself: where do I want to be in a year from now? What type of results do I want to see in my home, my relationships and for my children?

What would authentic, practical strategies for intentional parenting be worth to you?

What would less overwhelm and more connection, less conflict and more play, less distraction and more presence mean in your life?

The transformations you want to have happen will be up to you - it takes emotional work, and some rearranging. But the steps to follow are clear and simple.

Whether you're struggling with sibling rivalry, clinginess or massive melt downs or just feeling you're not 'keeping up' with your own tail, Present Play will support you in taking your parenting to the highest level. It’s designed to inspire and encourage, to hold your hand as both your coach and your cheerleader.

If you’ve read this far, you owe it to yourself to honestly answer these questions:

What if just one idea in Present Play...

...helps you to be the parent you always knew you could be?

...helps you to offer your children a childhood of joy?

...helps you to support your children's emotional health and wellbeing?

Will it have been worth the small leap you took to give it a test run?! Of course it will!
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by starting now. Don’t miss your chance to create family bliss.
Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?
I'm worried I'll be overwhelmed with 'hours of content' - I don't have many hours to watch videos! Will I be able to enjoy the membership? What lengths are the videos?
You definitely do not need to watch hours of videos in order to be getting bang for your buck in Present Play.

Most video lessons range from 5 - 30 minutes long (live sessions can go upwards of 2 hours) and you can listen to them while folding laundry, washing the dishes, pushing the stroller, commuting to work or school pickup - most of them do not demand your visual attention.

You can pick and choose the topics that are most relevant for you right now and you can disregard the rest - they're there for you when you're ready.  (Just like joining a gym doesn't mean you need to utilize all the machines in order to see results - in Present Play you can find the things that work for you.)

Remember - people are paying $300 for just one coaching session with Avital which means you're getting a sweet deal even if you just use a fraction of what's offered inside Present Play.

Oh, and Present Play videos are not boring. There's no beating around the bush in here, no gimmicks, no ads - just pure actionable, mindset-blowing, aha!moment-driven content that will be transforming the consumer in you into a creator with mad skills in no time.
Is my home too small? What if we're not rooted right now?
No. We can stay that with the greatest confidence. We will look at designing spaces and solutions in homes with and without storage, with and without a playroom, with and without a yard. Even if you are currently traveling in a RV or chin high in boxes to move, you can use the tools of Present Play. If you're moving to a new house, this couldn't come at a better time (some people have built homes based on Present Play principles). All you need is a flexible, open mind and the belief that you can make it work.
I have a baby and I’m really new to all this, is this for me?
Yes! It’s amazing when you can start out early – and although some of the information won’t be relevant just yet, you’ll be preparing for what’s coming next and learning from experienced parents. Besides, you’ll get to avoid a ton of the “mistakes” the rest of us have made (or at least you’ll see them coming). Pregnancy and maternity leave can offer a tremendous opportunity to lay a solid foundation for peace, presence and play to grow.
What about school aged kids? Is this for us?
Well yes… and no. We are going to be approaching fundamentals of PLAY - and play is relevant for all ages of children (and adults too!). There are several videos dedicated to the Pre-Teen age as well. But we won’t be covering the traditional approach to education: we won’t be covering homework battles, educational styles, or bullying in a school setting. The membership is designed with children age 0-9 in mind. However, we do have content on pre-teens and many of our members have teenage children. If you have at least one child age 9 or under and desire to prioritize time and space to flow and play, this is most definitely for you. And you're welcome to join if your children don't fit in this bracket - because much of what we learn is applicable to our own lives as parents.
Do you guarantee my kid will play independently?
Erm, in a word – no. How each child plays is as unique as their fingerprints. Temperament, environment, attachment, personality, health, developmental stage… all these and more contribute to the content, cadence and character of a child’s play. The ideas you’ll receive in Present Play will help you to become more attuned to your child and yourself and figure out what expectations are realistic and how to amplify what’s working well for you. We believe every child is capable of benefiting from long stretches of flow and play - what that looks like for your child, how that looks in your home, and when you start to see growth is based on your unique situation your open-minded commitment to practicing the skills and tools we offer.
I'm super busy right now, can I join later?
No. Doors open to Present Play only once a year! And that's by design. Present Play is a journey of growth, something that can't happen overnight. The good news is, that means it doesn't have to! Perhaps you're busy with a newborn, a move, or career change and you don't feel you'll be able to 'keep up' right now. That's OK. Becuase in Present Play, there's no such thing as 'behind'. Take a few weeks - a few months even -  to settle in, there's no rush. What you may soon discover, is that the tools of Present Play are easily applied and put to action straight away - with immediate results. We highly recommend that you don't wait in putting flow, purpose and vision into your family's life for another year. Shifting from chaos, clutter and conflict to peace, presence and play is within reach even for the busiest parents.

I've been watching Avital's videos about play on YouTube - they're gold to me! What else there is to learn?
I don't want to bash my own YouTube channel, but it ain't got nothin' on Present Play. Someone singing, "It's a whole new world"? Oh, sorry - that was me. What I really want to say is, if you love The Parenting Junkie's YouTube Channel, you're going to L-O-V-E Present Play.

Joining Present Play is like hiring your own performance coach - for parenting. And this is the blueprint of what you will create:

HAVEN - Become a childhood designer, set up your five crucial zones of play and transform your space into a play-inducing haven.
PLAY - Step into Play Guru status, know how to ignite play (and how not to sabotage it) and facilitate nourishing, immersive, independent play.
EXPERIENCE - Breathe life into your family values, establish rituals that are meaningful and and create memorable experiences for you family.
FLOW - Be the designer of your time so that you feel productive, not busy and create flow that makes sense for the entire family.
VILLAGE - You're not alone. Parenting is a group sport. Discover innovative ways to build a village that works for your unique needs.
WISDOM - Feel well versed in childhood development and discover the fascinating workings of your child's brain and how best to meet their needs.
SPACE - Embrace moderate minimalism, head into the holiday season decluttered, as you create room to breathe in your home and hold on only to what serves you.
VISION - As the CEO of your family you need to be crystal clear on your "mission" as a team: what are you trying to create? What's your ideal family life?
POWER - If you feel like life is "happening" to you - this is the month where you will reclaim the agency, authorship and creativity of someone who runs their own show.
PEACE - Recurring conflict is a reality in every relationship but when you know how to manage those conflicts and alchemize them into deeper connection, they don't scare you anymore.
ENERGY - Parenting is a marathon, not a sprint, this is your rest-and-grab -some calories station so that you can keep going for the long haul.
PRESENCE - Don't miss your children's childhood as it flies by, be here and master your focus so that you choose where to put your attentio (hint, not always on your phone).
How much time do I need to use Present Play?
The weekly time investment varies greatly depending on your personal goals. It's up to you!  Even if you're doing any one of the following options, you're totally getting your money's worth:

You can do any or all of the following:
5 - 10 minutes per week: Read the email
10 - 20 minutes per week: Watch one video
20 - 40 minutes per week: Put a new skill or tool into action
40 - 60 minutes per week: Interact with the community (Facebook Group, listening partnerships, virtual meetups, etc)
60 - 90 minutes per week: Catch an expert interview, read the PDF guide, or tune into a live session with Avital

Or, you can literally show up once a month:
- to a live session with Avital
- to the guest expert event
- to the journal page of the month's guide
- to the Facebook Group to seek support, help or ideas

Present Play is very actionable and will give you doable tips for actually being Present and enjoying your parenting - not distract you from the core things you want and need to focus on right now. We do recommend aiming to login at least once a week to keep what you're learning fresh and top of mind. But there's no guilt if you need to take a little break and come back later.
How is the content delivered? (I’m not tech savvy!)
You will get instant access to the entire video library. At the beginning of every month, you will receive a new thematic guide in the form of a PDF. This eMagazine will guide you through the month with journal prompts, articles, stories, links to videos, audios, and invitations to member only events. You can expect to receive 1 - 2 emails weekly. Our community is based inside our private, members-only Facebook Group and is the place to be for live sessions as well. All live sessions are recorded and added to the video library / members area.

Through offering various forms of content, you will be able to learn at your own pace and in your own style. All of the materials are easy to access and demand nothing from you. Plus, we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.

It is recommended that you have good internet connection at least once a week to access the new content. You can use a computer, tablet or smart phone - it's mobile device friendly.
How is this different than the free content at www.TheParentingJunkie.com?
If you want to be inspired from time to time at leisure, then enjoying just the free content on the blog is for you.

But if you want to see change in your life happen on an actionable level, commit to real tools to see results in creating the family life that you want, then Present Play is for you. Present Play takes your hand and gives you the tools to move from consumer to creator.

Present Play content is the actionable, supported, practical HOW TO with topics and depth found no where else. Present Play is also a community of such depth and warmth - there is no comparison (ot even to our free Love Parenting Facebook Group!).

When you join Present Play, you receive a personal guide, performance coaching, and the blueprint to creating family bliss.
Is there a direct relationship with Avital for people in the program?
Present Play is Avital’s inner circle. You will most definitely have more interaction with Avital via our private Facebook Group where she is most active than any other group and is where she holds LIVE Q & A sessions - which feel like we're in the same room together!

Please be aware she cannot respond to every Facebook post (she practices what she teaches, imagine that!). And if you're worried about getting sucked in to "just another Facebook group", this one is not like that - sure, it's so amazing that most of our members have unfollowed all their other parenting groups, but you'll also gain skills in the area of flow, rhythm, and technology boundaries. Though Avital will not be available 24/7 (she takes a tech sabbath every Saturday) you'll soon discover that our like-minded community is so full of wisdom, sound advice, and experience (some of which will be coming from you!) you won't be that desperate! ;)
I HAVE TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
Is there a deadline to join?
Yes! We have a strict deadline when doors close. Every year we get sad emails from people who hesitated too long or forgot what day it is. We beg of you, don't be one of those sad emails (read: join before the deadline).

Doors open on April 21 and close at 6:00pm EDT sharp, Friday, May 1, 2020
How much does it cost?
Present Play is an annual membership that costs less than a dollar a day. You have the choice between monthly or yearly:

Monthly: $30/month x 12 installments (total $360 USD)
Yearly: $300/year (get 2 months free when you pay for the year upfront)
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no fancy, binding contracts. However, please understand that you are purchasing an ANNUAL membership.

Option A   Pay up front: $300 USD/year (Psst...  you get 2 months free when you pay upfront for the full year!)

Option B  Pay monthly: $30 USD/month - you commit to paying all 12 monthly installments. Plain and simple.

Both options will auto-renew next year unless you request to cancel by April 1, 2021.
What is the cancelation policy?
Present Play is an annual membership. Whether you choose to pay yearly or commit to our monthly payment plan, you will have access for the entire year. Yearly and Monthly payment options will auto-renew every year unless canceled. If you choose to end your membership, request to cancel by April 1, 2021 (or 30 days before next bill date) to ensure your account will not be charged. Upon cancelation, you will loose access to all membership content and services.
Can I get a refund if I don't like it?
We do offer a refund period while enrollment doors are open. If you don't see the incredible value inside Present Play, request a refund before enrollment doors close and we'll give you a full refund minus a $7 processing fee. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@theparentingjunkie.com by 6:00 pm EDT on May 1, 2020. Refund requests will not be valid after this deadline.
Do I get life-time access?
Access to the content, bonuses and services included in your membership is available to active members only.  We are proud to promise to any member who stays for 5 consecutive years the opportunity to unlock lifetime membership - unlocking lifetime membership means you can stay forever without paying another cent. If you would like to pay for lifetime access upfront now, you can here: Purchase Lifetime Membership with one-time fee of $1,500 USD / lifetime access and receive Empathic Limits and Focus Time for free.
How long does my membership last?
Enrollment happens just once a year and either choice of payment plan (yearly or monthly) enrolls you for the full 12 months. Both payment options recur annually automatically unless you cancel. You can stay for one year (request to cancel by April 1, 2021) or more... you can stay for forever: Any member who stays for 5 consecutive years will unlock lifetime membership for as long as we’re running Present Play. And we’re here for the long haul!
Can I get a discount?
We do not offer any discounts on our Present Play Membership. However, we're proud to offer scholarships to many members from developing communities around the globe. Scholarships will be granted to a select number of applicants in May 2020 after enrollment doors close. Please write to support@theparentingjunkie.com by May 5 for more information to see if you qualify to apply.
I'm strapped for cash and can't join by the deadline. What do I do?
That's what the payment plan is for. However, if the monthly payments of $30 USD are not withint your budget right now - we totally get it, there's a world-wide recession right now after all. That's what the free content is for. There are literally hundreds of podcasts, blog posts, YouTube videos and other resources over on TheParentingJunkie.com.

If you feel you would qualify for our scholarship program, look out for our communication on how to apply after doors are closed. We provide scholarships to a select number of individuals every year from developing communities around the globe. We will also review on a case-by-case basis applications from those undergoing strenerous circumstances. If you're confident that your situation would meet the criteria for a scholarship, make sure you are on our email list (www.theparentingjunkie.com/newsletter) to learn more after May 5.
Why isn't it cheaper?
As the saying goes, cheap is cheap. And whilst many people write in wondering why Present Play is so inexpensive - others are scratching their heads at the price tag, saying they would pay 4x as much in a heart-beat. Hey, you can’t win ‘em all.

If you want to frame up the pricing of this program, consider this: 1 hour of one-on-one coaching with Avital costs $300 - and not to brag but she has a looong waitlist. For the price of just one session with Avital - you’ll be getting a years worth of access to over 200 videos, 80 deep dive sessions, 30 expert interviews, monthly thematic guides, ongoing priceless support and community connections… If you ask us, it’s the deal of the century.
Can I share my membership?
You may share your membership access with members of your household and child's caretakers only (i.e. partner, nanny, grandparents). Your partner is invited to engage with the community opportunities as well. Otherwise, your membership is not shareable.  We reserve the right to revoke access and block any member who misuses their membership, including, but not limited to: plagerism, disrespectful behavior towards members of Present Play or our TPJ team, sharing login details or screen shots outside of our community.
Can I gift someone a Present Play membership?
Yes. Here’s how to give the gift of Present Play to someone you love:

1. Transfer your gift amount via Paypal or Venmo to your recipient.
2. Let them know you’ve contributed to their annual membership enrollment.
3. Ensure they sign up using their own information and payment using this link: www.PresentPlay.com by 6:00 pm EDT on May 1, 2020

We realize it’s fancier to be able to send them the membership directly, however #technology…
So that we can properly manage their billing and membership questions, they do need to sign up under their own name and using their own billing information. Gifting them the funds towards their membership will allow them to do just that - and we’re sure they’ll thank you!
Where does my money go?
In order to provide the high quality content, continual support and true sense of community - we need to ensure the sustainability and profitability of our business. We’ve priced Present Play at less than a dollar a day because we know that whilst out of reach for some, this is a no-brainer for most of our community. The quality and quantity of the support and content you receive is unparalleled and we’re commonly told it’s worth many times more than its price tag.

Your enrollment fees help us fuel our machine, so to speak. In order to continue to produce content, show up for our community and serve at the highest level we need to pay for technology, software, equipment, programmers, editors, all manner of freelancers, and of course support our small-but-mighty-team of work-from-home mamas. To do all of that and continue consistently for the long haul, we have to charge for our services, just like any other business.

Bringing you the work we do demands immense time, energy, effort and investment, all of which we feel incredibly privileged to be able to provide in a sustainable manner. Every dollar is re-invested into the work and mission of Present Play and The Parenting Junkie.

We are passionately a not-just-for-proft business with big philanthropic goals, and we consistently give back 10% of Profits to Plan International, an organization who empower the youngest and most marginalized in communities around the world so they can achieve their full potential. For every member to join Present Play, we're donating 1 sanitation kit to a struggling family through Plan International.
I have more questions, who do I ask?
You can use the chatbot on this page to write in questions. Be sure to leave your email address in case we need to get back to you. You can also email support@theparentingjunkie.com we would love to help you out as quickly as we can.
A silence retreat, IKEA and a Group Hug all walk into a membership...

In Present Play you'll become a Peaceful Ninja, a Childhood Designer and a Village Rockstar.

How do you know if you're "Present Play" material?
Present Players are  usually parents of young children (the recommended age bracket is 0 - 9) who want to intentionally design the life they want for themselves and their kids.

Present Players are big hearted action takers who don't want to stay stuck in "victim" mode.

They realize that there are inherent challenges to raising little kids, but they're committed to rising above those and making the best of what they've got.

If you want to learn how to facilitate deep, immersive, imaginary play for your child(ren) - Present Play is for you.

If you want to manage melt downs with equanimity, sibling rivalry with grace and be the happiest mama or papa you can be - Present Play is for you.

If you want to declutter, minimize and simplify and put decision fatigue in the past - Present Play is for you.

If you want to reconnect to nature, to a slower pace of life and to a sense of flow in your day - Present Play is for you.

If "just getting through the day" isn't enough for you and relying too heavily on screens doesn't make you feel good and you have a sneaking feeling that there must be another way - but you're not sure what it is - Present Play is for you.

If the idea that you are the CEO and you get to Create Family Bliss intruiges you (even if it scares you a little)... well, then, my friend - you are already a Present Player at heart.
WHO SHOULD JOIN PRESENT PLAY?
Ideal members fall into one of these categories:
You want to prioritize Play for your children
If your child doesn't sink into deep play, is addicted to screens or overwhelmed by toys - or your little baby is just starting to show signs of independent play and you want to ensure you have the right set up, toys and materials to support it further...

Present Play is designed for you.
You want to feel more Present in your life.
If you sense that you're distracted and not "showing up" for your life as a mama. If you feel that you're always hustling, busy, busy, busy and unable to stop and smell the roses. Or if you're so confused by all the parenting info out there - that your head is left spinning...

Present Play is designed for you.
You're striving to be a Peaceful Parent.
Maybe you sense that the yelling, bribing, punishing isn't helping - and you want to support your children's emotional health - but you yourself feel frazzled, anxious worried or even a tad depressed at times...

Present Play is designed for you.
If you've ever been kicked out of a moms group, shamed for your parenting choices or felt like you don't "fit in" - you belong with us.

We're all weird in here - come join us!

We welcome all members who honor our guidelines.

We're proud to be a community that blurs the boundaries of family types, ethnicities, cultures, religions, races and nationalities.

We're proud to have over 50 countries represented accross our members.

We're proud to promote tolerance, commuication, connection and a joint human mission to create family bliss - whilst honoring that this will look different and unique for each family.

We are a group of misfits, of renegade parents who are swimming against the main-stream. We are a group of middle-road, quiet rebels who are parenting our own way. Together.

We are a group of people who won't be defined by our labels: social, ethnic, national, sexual, cognitive or otherwise - but believe in rising above those labels.

We are a group that takes pride in facing challenging conversations head on. We don't skirt around the uncomfortable truths but we hold them to light with care and vulnerability.

Show up as you are, we welcome you.
Who should not join Present Play?
We pride ourselves on having the most supportive, kind, helpful, big hearted community on the internet.

We rarely (if ever!) need to moderate our facebook group and we've only once in Present Play history (and thousands of members) ever had to ask a member to leave because they violated our group rules.

We are mama-bear protective of this group and we are careful who we allow to join.

We see Present Play as a special, sacred space - and just like a Yoga Studio, Church or Classroom - we expect all of our members to honor our guidelines and they do.

You'll know that Present Play is not for people who are...

cynical about peaceful parenting and are joining to "boo" other parents.

addicted to drama and like to start - or continue - arguements on Facebook.

not an open minded, caring, and passionate individual who appreciates and celebrates diversity in a community.

If you are suffering from mental illness, addictions or clinical depression - we absolutely welcome you, many of our members, including myself, have faced mental health issues in the past and present. However please know that Present Play is not a medical or theraputic program and cannot answer these issues - only compliment your other treatment. I urge you to seek professional help in addition.

There are two types of people in this world - those who make excuses and those who make change. I'm only interested in working with action-takers, with people who are ready to open their minds and with people who don't make excuses or blame others when things get challenging.

If you're a big hearted action-taker who's ready to put in your whole, then Present Play is for you.

Are you a quiet rebel who finds their own path?

Sounds like you have "Present Player" written on your forehead already.

If you've read this far - you’re meant to be here.

Perhaps you’ve heard that voice inside that keeps whispering, “It doesn’t have to be this way. I'm meant to ENJOY this time...”

Or maybe you’re feeling that mix of anticipation and fear because you believe in a different kind of family life — but you haven’t yet figured out how to turn it into reality.

Your inner voice is correct, your intuition doesn't lie.
You’ve barely scratched the surface of what you can personally achieve, and you know it. But my guess is since you’re reading this, you’re ready to change all that. Whether you’re a stay at home mom, a working parent, a first time dad, whether you're frustrated by lack of connection, communication, trust, time or alignment — whoever you are and whatever you're worried about, there’s one thing that’s certain:
Reclaiming PLAY as the pillar of your home and PRESENCE as the pillar of your parenting - can profoundly change the quality of yours and your children's life.
This is how we protect childhood and give our kids what they need and want.

I know this firsthand. After 4 children, and 6 years of Parent Coaching, with thousands of lives touched, I can honestly say that investing in a playful, peaceful present home for your children is one of the most fulfilling and rewarding adventures you can experience in this lifetime.

And one of the most meaningful things we can do for our kids, as parents.

I also believe that our world will improve for everyone  when more families are transformed into hubs of connection, by people like you.

Which is why I’d love you to join Present Play.

We’ll help you declutter, set boundaries, design your space, manage conflict, reframe your mindset, communicate effectively, connect deeply and save you years of frustration and resentment.

And perhaps most importantly - you'll connect with like minded parents from around the world, forming a long lasting web of meaningful relationships that are there to support you, champion you and cheer you on.
Our community and the Parenting Junkie Team are incredibly excited to welcome you into our tribe and to be part of our movement.
